No. As long as you provide clear placement instructions, you do not need to be present when the dumpster is delivered.

Each dumpster rental includes a certain amount of weight:

• 10-Yard Dumpster: 1.5 tons (3,000 lbs) included

• 15-Yard Dumpster: 2 tons (4,000 lbs) included

If your load exceeds the included weight limit, you will only pay for the additional weight. Overweight charges are $107 per ton, prorated based on the actual excess weight.

Examples:

• If you exceed the limit by 500 lbs, the additional charge would be approximately $26.75.

• If you exceed the limit by 1,000 lbs, the additional charge would be approximately $53.50.

• If you exceed the limit by one full ton (2,000 lbs), the additional charge would be $107.00.

We can provide the landfill weight ticket upon request so you can see the exact weight and any applicable overage charges. There are no hidden fees.

You don’t need to estimate the weight yourself. We take the dumpster to the landfill and will notify you if there are any overage charges based on the certified scale weight.

No. For safety and transportation reasons, all debris must remain level with or below the top edge of the dumpster. Overfilled dumpsters may require unloading before pickup.

No. Once the dumpster is placed, it should not be moved. If you need it relocated, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Our dumpsters are designed to minimize surface damage. However, we recommend placing wooden boards underneath the dumpster if you have decorative concrete, pavers, or other delicate surfaces.
